Every one of us has a unique story about the journey we took to come to faith. That is one of the things that is so amazing about God. He treats each of us individually. He brings people out of many situations and lifestyles. Each of those individual faith stories, when gathered together creates a strong pull that draws people toward a relationship with Jesus. Dan Keller’s own journey is one such story.

Dan shares about the events, people and conversations that brought him to faith. Dan’s story reminds us that we can be influential in the lives of others. While they may not come to faith the same way we did, we can still be a part of their process. You can advance your sharing skills in several ways. One way is by writing out your personal faith journey. Doing that will keep it clearly in your heart and mind as opportunities to share arise. Another way is by making intentional choices. Choosing to share your life. Choosing to share your story. Choosing to give your time. As we give of ourselves and share with others, we will see God’s kingdom expand and we will have more blessings to add to our own story!
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
So, being affectionately desirous of you, we were ready to share with you not only the gospel of God but also our own selves, because you had become very dear to us.
Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.
