But have you noticed that adversity is the very thing that makes us strong? Salmon are resilient fish because they must fight the upstream current to lay their eggs. Fasting can provide an edge to help you breakthrough and develop a deeper relationship with Jesus. It can help you see how much Jesus wants you to experience the abundant life He offers.
