The Bible tells us that we are ambassadors for Christ's Kingdom. Though the world is not our home, we are here with a special mission. Our purpose is to shine like lights of hope to those who are stumbling around in spiritual darkness. God purposely places us where we are, with the job we have and with friends and neighbors around us. We can shine for Him through our love and service to others. Raymond Haggard describes this as having our hearts broken for those around us.
